How to Keep Taskbar Always on Top in Windows Vista?

This tutorial will help you in making Taskbar appear always on top of any other window as shown in the Figure 2.

You can accomplish this in the following way:

1) Right click on the Taskbar and choose Properties option

2) Now check the option Keep the taskbar on top of other windows

3) Click Apply and then OK button
