How to Enable or Disable Welcome Center at Startup for all Users in Windows Vista?

Note: To know how to enable or disable Welcome Center at startup for the current user click the link Vista welcome center at the startup – enable or disable

You can enable or disable Welcome Center at Startup for all Users in the following way:

1) Open Local Group Policy Editor and navigate to the branch

User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Windows Components \ Windows Explorer in the left pane

2) Double click the option Do not display the Welcome Center at user logon in the right pane

3) Select the dot Enabled to disable the Welcome Center

OR

Select the dot Not Configured or Disabled to enable the Welcome Center

4) Click Apply and then OK button
