Cannot delete the uif file

I have uif file on my Computer. Whenever I try to delete it, it gives the error message as “File is in use”. I tried by ending all the processes from Task Manager, running antivirus\spyware\adware software, but no use. Is there any other way to delete it? Please help me.

Download and run the Unlocker tool. It will help you to unlock your uif file and then delete it. You can download the Unlocker tool from the below link:
