Thread: Cannot open the Control Panel in Vista

If I click on Start and then Control Panel, it opens and disappears suddenly. I am unable to access the Control Panel and the functions situated in it. What to do now? How can I fix it? Can anyone experienced this type of issue? Please help me.

Open the Services console and search for “Software Licensing”. Then, double click on it and restart the service. This will fix your problem. You can refer the below article for more information about the control panel which has the fix.
