Default Disable Windows Error Reporting

How to disable Windows Error Reporting in Windows Vista?

Whenever there is an error and an application terminates abnormally or you close a Not Responding window then you may be prompted for reporting the error to Microsoft. This tutorial will help you in disabling this error reporting.

You can accomplish this in the following manner:

1) Open Local Group Policy Editor and navigate to the branch

Computer Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Classic Administrative Templates (ADM) \ Application Error Reporting \ General Reporting in the left pane

2) Double click the option Disable error reporting in the right pane

3) Select the Enabled dot to disable error reporting
