Default Set Default HTML Editor in Internet Explorer



How to Set Default HTML Files Editor in Internet Explorer in Windows Vista?



This tutorial will help you in knowing how to set a programs or text editors such as MS Office Word, MS Office Excel or Notepad that you want Internet Explorer to use for editing HTML files.

You can accomplish this in the following manner:

1) Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools menu and then Internet Options window

2) Select the Programs tab and choose the desired HTML editor from the dropdown list under HTML editing section

3) Click Apply and then OK button
