How to Save Network Username and Passwords in Windows Vista?
Vista provides you an opportunity to save you network credentials such as username and passwords so that in case you forget it, you can easily use them. When you enter your credentials in Internet Explorer to logging to any account or connect to a Windows Domain or map a drive to a remote server then you are asked to save your credentials. For this Vista provides you a feature through which you can save your network credentials at any time.
You can accomplish this in the following manner:
1) Open Start menu and type control userpasswords2 in the search space and press Enter key

2) Click Continue button if prompted by UAC
3) Now select the Advanced tab and click Manage Passwords button

4) In the Stored User Names and Passwords dialog window click Add button to save a network credential.

5) Now type the name of the server or website in the Log on to textbox and then type the desired username and password

6) Choose the Credential type and click OK button
7) You can now view that the credential is added to the list in Stored User Names and Passwords dialog window.

8) You can edit or remove it by selecting it and clicking the Edit or Remove button respectively.
9) To add or remove more credentials follow the steps 4 to 8 above
10) Click Close button
11) Click OK button in User Accounts window
