How to Prevent Java Applications from disabling Aero Glass effect in Windows Vista?

When you run a Java application then you must have seen that the Aero Glass effect in Windows is disabled. Thus you are left with the normal non-glassy and opaque windows look. This problem is created by the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) that does not shares the 3D surface the desktop is painted on. Thus you are left with the boring look.

However you can fix this problem by upgrading your JRE that is available on the Sun website. One you upgrade JRE to release 6 update 2 your problem will be solved.
