Default Change Action Center Message Settings

How to Turn On or Off Action Center Messages for specific locations in Windows 7?

Action Center is a utility that will help you in recognizing the problems on specific location on your PC and then notifying you about the problem. It allows you to change its message settings. The Action Center messages are shown via small flag icon on the Taskbar system tray or notification area.
