How to Place Pinned Taskbar Icons to the Center of the Taskbar in Windows 7? You must have noticed that when you drag a pinned Taskbar icon to the right side and want to place it far (at least in the middle) from the extreme left position, the icon automatically slides to left. This tutorial will help you in placing the pinned Taskbar icons in the Center of the Taskbar. Pinned Taskbar Icons in the Center of the Taskbar: Figure 1 To accomplish this follow these steps: 1) First create a new folder with any name such as Center Taskbar Icons anywhere on your PC Figure 2 2) Right click on the Taskbar and click to uncheck the option Lock the Taskbar to unlock the Taskbar Figure 3 3) Again right click on the Taskbar and select Toolbars and then New toolbar option Figure 4 4) Navigate to the new folder Center Taskbar Icons and click Select Folder option Figure 5 5) The folder name will be displayed on the Taskbar Figure 6 6) Now drag the slider corresponding to the new folder to the extreme left of the Taskbar near the Start button Figure 7 7) Now right click on the Center Taskbar Icons folder on the Taskbar and uncheck the option Show title Figure 8 8) The name of the folder will not be displayed on the Taskbar 9) Again slide the slider of the pinned Taskbar icons to anywhere on the Taskbar.
