I want to lock the Dock in my Mac OS X system. I want to give some limitations to the user. Is it possible to lock the Dock? Can anyone tell me the way to lock the Dock in Mac OS X? Please. |

Yes. You can lock the Dock by following the below method:
1) Open the System Preferences and then click on Accounts. 2) Click on user accounts and then click on Parental Controls. 3) Then, click on Configure and select Some Limit. 4) Then, select "Tick All But Modify Dock" option. When you select "Tick All But Modify Dock" option, you can modify the dock only with that user. |
