Using the Shape Fill and Shape Effects in Excel 2007:-

Some of the best effects don’t seem to be available in the built-in charts. You can access a myriad of other effects by using the Shape Fill, Shape Outline, and Shape Effects dropdowns on the Format ribbon. Figure (given below) shows a chart in which each bar has a different effect from these drop-downs applied.
