How to hide or show text animation in Word 2010

'Show text animation' feature allows a user to format the text in the document using the animation effects. These effects can give a differentiated look to your document. However, this feature may not seem to work in many versions of Microsoft Word. You can use the option for showing animations on the text, if you have opted for any. A user is allowed to either hide or show text animation as per his/her needs. Go through some of the steps mentioned below, which will help you learn how you can hide or show text animation.

Steps to hide or show text animation: -

1. You have to start the process by invoking the dialog box for 'Word Options'. It can be open by following anyone of the two steps mentioned below, but first of all you have to start by clicking on "Microsoft Office" button at the top right corner of "Word 2010" ribbon.

a) After that click on the button labelled as "Options", it located below the "Word" tab.

b) After that click on the "Word" tab. Now search for the "Options" tab in the right part of "Word" tab. You will find it located below the "Microsoft Tools" section, and then click on "Options" tab.

2. After opening the dialog box for "Word Options", click on the tab labelled as "Advanced" in the left panel of the dialog box for "Word Options". Then look for an option labelled as "Show text animation" and its checkbox, under the section "Show document content". Click in the checkbox to mark it as checked, this will enable the feature for showing animation on the text (if you have opted for any) in a word document.

OR

After opening the dialog box for "Word Options", click on the tab labelled as "Advanced" in the left panel of the dialog box for "Word Options". Then look for an option labelled as "Show text animation" and its checkbox, under the section "Show document content". Click in the checkbox to mark it as unchecked (i.e. cleared), this will disable the feature for showing animation on the text (if you have opted for any) in a word document.

3. At last close the dialog box for "Word Options" by clicking the "OK" button located in its bottom part.
