How to enable or disable show office clipboard when Ctrl + C pressed twice option of Clipboard section in Home tab for Word 2010

Various formatting feature are included in Word 2010. In addition, additional functionalities are included for “Clipboard section” of Home tab in Word 2010. The size of the clipboard in Word 2010 has been changed and now it can store up to “24” cut and copied actions. You can check items present in the clipboard, by clicking on the expand marker of the “Clipboard” section of Home tab in “Word 2010 Ribbon”. One option among the various included options for “Clipboard” is the display of the Office Clipboard when “Ctrl + C” key combination from the keyboard is pressed twice. The option is labeled as “Show Office Clipboard When Ctrl + C Pressed Twice”. When the option is enabled, then the Office Clipboard will be displayed along with the same window where the Word document is open. The enabling and disabling of the option is user dependent. In addition the above mentioned option automatically gets disabled when another option “Show Office Clipboard Automatically” is enabled. Steps to enable or disable show Office clipboard when ctrl + c is pressed twice option of Clipboard section in Home tab for Word 2010: -

1. Click on the “Home” from the “Word 2010 Ribbon” to view the sub options.

2. Now click on the expand arrow marker of the “Clipboard” section. This will expand the “Clipboard” section.

3. Now click on the “Options” button located in the bottom part of the expanded clipboard and then click on the “Show Office Clipboard When Ctrl + C Pressed Twice” option, to put a right check mark in front of the option. The option is checked and enabled when the right mark appears in front of it.

OR

Now click on the “Options” button located in the bottom part of the expanded clipboard and then click on the “Show Office Clipboard When Ctrl + C Pressed Twice” option, to clear the right check mark in front of the option. The option is unchecked and disabled when the right mark disappears.
