Send all the E-mail Messages with the S/MIME Receipt Request
The S/MIME request Receipt is a feature in the Outlook Application that can be used by a sender to confirm that, the message that he sent was received unaltered by the intended receiver. The receipt also contains information like, when was the message delivered and who was the person who read it. This information will be sent to the sender as a separate mail into his Inbox. So, let us see how we can send the S/MIME request Receipt along with the Mail.
NOTE: - To use this feature, you must possess a Digital id first and foremost. Refer article create Digital id.
1) Click ‘File’ tab and then click on ‘Options’ tab.

2) In the window of “Outlook Options”, click ‘Trust Center’ tab and then the “Trust Center Settings” tab.

3) In “Trust Center” window that appears on the screen, under ‘E-mail Security’ tab , check the box that says “Request S/MIME Receipt for all the Messages”.

4) Now you can observe that, once you receive a message that requests S/MIME Receipt, a dialogue box appears asking you whether to send a S/MIME Receipt or not. If you click on “Yes’ button, the S/MIME Receipt will be sent to the sender.

5) This is how the Receipt of the Sender looks once he gets a S/MIME mail in his Inbox.

So, this is how you can request the S/MIME request Receipt for all the messages that you send.
To ensure more security, you can encrypt the contents of the messages that you send.
