Removing a Profile in MS Outlook 2010


In the earlier post, we said how to create a new profile in the Outlook application. In this post, we tell you how to remove a Profile that is created in the Outlook Application. To remove a profile, carry on the following simple steps mentioned below.


1) Exit from the Outlook application.

2) Open the Control Panel and double click on the ‘Mail’ icon.

3) Then click on ‘Show Profiles’ tab in the window that appears on the screen.

4) Now select the profile that you want to remove and then click on “Remove” button.

NOTE: - deleting a Profile does not delete the Outlook data Files. Only the profile gets deleted.
